LOA Request Information

We are able to provide letters of authorisation (LoAs) for customers who have bought (and taken delivery of) products directly from Henbrandt Ltd or Henbrandt Europe B.V. You can apply for a letter of authorisation by email to [email protected]. 

The following information must be provided to receive a LoA:

• List of all ASINs you are requiring authorisation
• Your Amazon Seller Name and Amazon Seller/Merchant ID
• Confirmation of your business address as it appears on Amazon
