My delivery is late or missing cartons

We're sorry that your delivery is late or missing items. Couriers are under unprecedented pressure and unfortunately we are experiencing a higher than normal number of exceptions as a result. We're actively working with our couriers to mitigate this.

Normally, items not delivered on their due dates will arrive the next working day. If your item still hasn't arrived and is at least a day late, please fill out the form below describing the issue and our customer care team will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible. 

For DPD deliveries, it is not unusual for a consignment to be split up into multiple deliveries on a single day (especially if there are more than 5 cartons). If you've received some of your cartons, the remainder are likely on another vehicle and will be with you soon.
